Refund policy

Key points to remember:

  • We make sure to thoroughly check every order before shipping to deliver the best to you. Return and exchange is available only if you receive an incorrect item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • To process any return or exchange request, a 360-degree uncut video of opening the parcel is mandatory for such requests along with relevant supporting images.
  • The timeline to place a return or an exchange request is within 48 hours of product delivery.

Placing a return request:

  • We accept return or exchange only in the case of incorrect product delivery.
  • Please note that a 360-degree uncut video of opening the parcel is mandatory for such requests along with relevant supporting images.
  • If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please notify us via email (malli.india.lifestyle@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery. Include a brief explanation of the issue along with relevant images and the uncut parcel opening video.
  • Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up.
    Any complaints reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Please ensure that any returned product remains unused and has its original tags intact. If the product is found to be in a used state, the refund will not be applicable.

Placing an exchange request:

  • If the exchange is requested because you didn’t like the product (e.g., colour, print, or personal preference) and there is no defect or wrong item, the shipping charges for both pickup and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customised products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.
  • All returns and refunds are subject to the sole discretion of Malli India.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued for order-fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped / missing or damaged items.
  • Once your return has been authorised, we will issue a store credit note or refund the amount in your UPI / Bank account deducting the shipping charges against the purchase.
  • Cash refunds are not provided.
