Shipping policy

Shipping timelines:

  • We take every possible measure to ensure that products ordered through our website are delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of order placement, subject to successful payment confirmation, product availability and depending on your location. 
  • Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
  • While we aim to adhere to this timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we assure you that all necessary steps will be taken to facilitate the delivery within the stated time frame.

Shipment comprising multiple products:

  • For orders comprising multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all items together. However, this may not always be feasible due to product characteristics or logistical constraints. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.

Ship products to multiple locations:

  • If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Serviceable shipping address:

  • The serviceability of your PIN code can be checked after adding the product to your cart. Prior to payment, the PIN code associated with your shipping address will be verified against our database. 
  • Should the PIN code be outside our serviceable area, we will request an alternate address that falls within the delivery zones covered by our partners.

Shipment delivery for domestic orders:

  • We ship through registered and trusted courier partners. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.

Shipment delivery for international orders:

  • Shipping and handling charges vary based on the product size, weight, packaging, and destination country. The final cost will be communicated to the customer. The products will be shipped, post complete shipping payment confirmation.
  • Duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are payable separately by the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs regulations and must be paid directly to the shipping partner at the time of delivery.
  • If the customer refuses to pay duties or taxes, resulting in a failed delivery, no refund will be processed.
  • Delivery Timelines: International deliveries are typically completed within 12-15 business days. Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
